Cairo – Mubasher: Arab Engineering Industries said shareholder of record until 18 April would be entitled to its cash dividends of EGP0.375 per share.

The dividends will be distributed on 21 April 2016, the company said in a bourse filing.

Earlier, the ordinary general meeting approved distributing 2015 cash dividends at E0.375 a share, totaling EGP2.2 million.
